BRF Helps Signature Promotions Rebuild Its Flooded Offices
PPB Newslink November 1, 2011

The Business Recovery Fund, administered by the Regional Association Council (RAC), has come to the aid of Signature Promotions (UPIC: SIGNP029), a distributor based in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Signature Promotions suffered extensive water damage when its facility was flooded on September 8.

Signature Promotions’ offices flooded during heavy rains in the Philadelphia area. Water came into the company’s offices, soaking carpet and destroying equipment. Most significant was the loss of the company’s server, which was lost in the flood along with its back-up power supply and software. Not including labor, replacing the lost equipment is expected to set the company back $4–5,000.

The Business Recovery Fund contributed $500 to Signature Promotions. Maureen Coffey, the company’s owner, says: “Your kind offer will be used to pay for the accounting software that I had to purchase and for the labor of the IT technician who installed it. I appreciate PPAI’s response to my situation.”
