Board of Directors

The Board of Directors shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, RAC Delegate to the PPAI Board of Directors, PPAI Board Delegate to RAC and five directors.  The Immediate Past President shall serve one year in an ex-officio, non-voting capacity and is not a Director of the Board.  The Executive Officers are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and RAC Delegate to the PPAI Board of Directors.  Printable RAC Board List

Lindsey Davis, MAS, is a national sales representative at Raining Rose located in Cedar Rapids, IA. She focuses her time on business development and implementation of strategic branding programs. Her regional involvement began in 2010 as an RMRPPA Board member. Since that time, she has served as the RMRPPA President, Vice President, Marketing Committee Chair, Expo Committee Chair, RAC Delegate and L.E.A.D. attendee. Lindsey has a BS in International Business, with minors in Market Research and Global Marketing from Johnson & Wales University in Denver.

Bill Petrie is a featured speaker at national and international industry events, a serial creator of content marketing and a PromoKitchen chef. He has worked over 18 years in executive leadership positions at leading promotional products distributorships and currently serves as president of PromoCorner. Throughout his career, his primary focus has been working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. Bill served on the PPAChicago Board of Directors and is the current President of the Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South (PPAMS). Bill was elected to the Regional Association Council (RAC) Board in 2016 and has worked closely with PPAI on several committees and work groups. Bill was named an inaugural PPAI Fellow in 2016.

Harold Wood is an account manager for BIC Graphic serving the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia; has been an active leader for CPPA, SAAGNY and VAPPA; and was VAPPA’s 2017 RAC Delegate. Harold has been the proud recipient of the Supplier of the Year award for both VAPPA (2013) and CPPA (2016), a PPAI Volunteer of the Year nominee (2015 and 2016) and most recently, a member of the inaugural class of PPAI Fellows.

Rena Ashfeld is the National Sales Manager of Advance Corporation, a supplier of awards, special recognition and signage, since 2014. “I have been an industry professional since 1995, both as a supplier and a distributor. I am a big proponent of supporting our regional association; since 2002, I have been active with UMAPP as a volunteer and Board member. Janet McMaster, MAS, is a Regional Sales Manager for Geiger.  A 30+-year industry veteran, Janet has held positions in support services, marketing, systems training and sales management.  In the past, she held Board positions with PAPPA (formerly SACDV) 2004–2005 and 2007–2010.  After relocating from Pennsylvania to South Carolina in 2012, Janet was elected to the Board of CAAMP and served as Professional Development Chair and President.  She was awarded Volunteer of the Year by CAAMP in 2015.  In addition to her regional association vol­un­teerism, Janet has also served on PPAI RAC Volunteer of the Year Advisory Group (2016) and the Donna Hall Memorial Grant Award Committee (2015), as well as several other planning committees.

D’Anna Zimmer, CAS, is the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana Brand Development Manager for BAG MAKERS, Inc. and has worked as a supplier rep for more than 20 years after beginning as a distributor sales rep for Marketing Incentives. Her involvement with PPAS began early in her career; she has served in several capacities on the Board including Vice President twice, President twice and RAC Delegate for several terms. She has attended L.E.A.D. in Washington, DC, for five consecutive years and helped PPAS host L.E.A.D. Local in Austin, TX, in 2015.  In 2016, she joined the RAC Board as Treasurer and in 2017, she was appointed as the RAC Liaison to the PPAI Board (a two-year term).

John Bates started his career in the wonderful world of promotional products in 1998, the year the MP3 player was invented. Since then, John has spent time on both the distributor and supplier side and is currently a Field Sales Manager for Polyconcept North America.  He was fortunate enough to marry his high school sweetheart, Dina, 16 years ago and now Ella, Grace and Charlie call him Dad. John served as MiPPA President in 2016.

Lori Bolton-Herman has been in sales and marketing for 25 years—7 years as a Nike executive and 18 years in ad specialty. She just went to work for Clegg Promo as VP of Sales and Marketing where she will be responsible for all customer facing and revenue-generating aspects for the company, including sales, marketing, product management and new product development. Lori has served on the NWPMA and SAAC Boards, is the immediate past president of SAAC and has participated in L.E.A.D. Lori is married with three children (22-year-old bonus twins Nicollette and Alex and 16-year-old Lucas).  She loves tennis, camping, wine-tasting and spending time with family and friends.

Tom Clouser, MAS, began his career in the promotional products industry before he was “officially” in the industry—as a buyer of branded marketing tools at a large financial institution. Two years later, he found himself on the distributor side for the next 17 years. Then, in 2015, Tom began a new chapter in his career as a supplier as senior account manager for Evan’s Manufacturing. In April 2016, Tom joined The Magnet Group family as regional sales manager and then, he moved to Imagen Brands in May 2018 to be their National Account Manager.  Tom has served on numerous volunteer committees for his regional association including membership, show planning and education and is a past President of TRASA (Three Rivers Advertising Specialty Association). He is a strong advocate of the benefit and power of regional asso­ciations.

Amy Rabideau, MAS, is the Director of Purchasing at Summit Group where her current focus is compliance and product responsibility.  With her 20+ years in the industry on the supplier and distributor sides of business, supplier integration is a passion of hers.  Amy’s volunteer work includes Board service with Georgia Association of Promotional Product Professionals (GAPPP) and service on the PPAI Professional Development Committee.  She currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with her husband and two dogs.

Jeff Thomas, MAS, has been in the industry 31 years and is an Account Executive with The Vernon Company which he joined in August 2001.  Prior to Vernon, he was with another distributor since January 1987.  He was on the Board of Directors of the Promotional Marketing Association of Northern California (PMANC) from 2005 through 2010, serving as President in 2009; on the RAC Board from 2009 to 2013, serving as the RAC Delegate to the PPAI Board from 2011 to 2013; and has been the President of the Promotional Products Disaster Recovery Fund since 2011.  Jeff is also a member of the inaugural class of PPAI Fellows.
